So that's 16 pounds pre-op, and 59 pounds post-op which makes for a total of 75 lbs total...
I have gone from a 30-32 to a 20-22, I work out 3-5 times a week and I feel great. Im kind of stuck in the 270's but Im working on it. I have stalled with my shakes but Im working hard to get back on track with them. I haven't had any hair loss and very few bouts of sickness due to food or dumping...so I must say that Im blessed.
Ill be going to see my Dr. on march 13th and Ill post to let everyone know how that went.
I had my 3 month check today. Labs are all good. I have had no hair loss. I lost 25lbs pre-op and have lost 51.5 lbs since surgery.
I am exercising an hour a day six days a week. I am so tired in the evenings I often go to bed before 8pm and sleep until 6am.
I have had 2 weeks with 0 loss. Not in a row.
My NP said I may have to increase my exercise and change it up if I plan on making my 54 more pounds to go to hit my six month goal.
I have had some days that I am hungrier since ramping up my exercise. My hormones are off and though I take a shot to stop my period, I have had two in the last 3 months.
I tolerate most foods well, but not salmon. I have to avoid eating when I am stressed, or things get stuck.
Beef jerkey is my favorite food right now. Goes down well and has a ton of protein.
I am having at least two bowel movements a day.
I think that is about it. I wish you all the best.

I was supposed to have my labs done this week and see the dr on Tuesday, but we're going out of town so I have to reschedule. On my scale I've lost 52.5 pounds and have 52 left so half way there .... hope the doc is happy too.
